Help increase milk with oatmeal, kombucha, almonds, apricot, salmon, yogurt, beans, spinach, dates, sesame seeds, brown rice... not all will help everyone, but they are all worth a try if you really do need a milk boost (Hmm, maybe this is why I don't seem to ever have this problem, as I eat most of these food regularly).
