Here is a good blog on traditional foods. I am putting the link to all the wondrous foods she has defined that are nutritious. She is pretty much gluten free though, so I add that you need hard and soft wheat berries for fresh grinding. If I had an unlimited income, I would definitely buy from the seafood place she recommended, but alas, at this point in our lives, we eat seafood maybe 2 times a year, unless it is canned tuna.
